Mia Baker Robinson

presenter

The best interviews rarely feel like interviews. They feel like conversations.

Mia Robinson (Baker) approaches presenting with the belief that the most revealing moments rarely come from the questions themselves, but from making people feel comfortable enough to answer them honestly.

Her career began in golf, working with organisations including Sky Sports, The R&A, GolfTV and BMW before expanding into tennis, Formula 1 and cricket.

Today, she works across live hosting, athlete interviews and digital editorial, collaborating with some of the world's leading sporting organisations and brands.

Most recently, Mia has worked with the WTA, interviewing some of the biggest names in women's tennis, including Jessica Pegula, Alex Eala, Leylah Fernandez, Marta Kostyuk and Eva Lys.

Produced for the WTA's YouTube and social platforms, these conversations offer audiences a deeper insight into the personalities helping shape the modern women's game.

During two seasons with Red Bull Racing, Mia worked across Formula 1 and F1 Academy, balancing live event hosting with digital storytelling.

From hosting on stage alongside Laurent Mekies, Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson at events including the Monaco and Miami Grands Prix, to creating content with Max Verstappen, Sergio "Checo" Pérez and Daniel Ricciardo, her work reflected a changing landscape in sports media, where thoughtful digital storytelling increasingly go hand in hand.

For Mia, presenting has never been about asking the loudest questions. It is about asking the right ones.

Whether sitting opposite a world champion or speaking to an emerging athlete, her aim is always the same: to create conversations that reveal something people haven't heard before.

It is this approach that continues to shape her work across sport, and the reason athletes, audiences and brands continue to return to it.
